Q: What is the CARD ID number?
A: The CARD ID number is a special 3 or 4 digit number that appears only on the physical card. These numbers are used by your credit card company to help prevent fraud since only the person holding the card would know this code. Because the CARD ID number is not printed on your receipts, it helps ensure that someone is not using your credit card information fraudulently.
